Sustainable MICE Activity

Sustainable MICE Initiatives for the CRC
To minimize our environmental footprint and promote responsible event practices, this CRC is implementing the following measures. We kindly ask all participants to support these efforts:

1. Bring a Personal Tumbler
Please use your own reusable tumbler for beverages throughout the event.

2. Paper-Free Materials
Printed handouts are discouraged inside the venue. All CRC documents are provided as PDF files and can be downloaded from the CRC homepage.

3. Recyclable Paper Name Badges
Every attendee will receive a name badge made from renewable, recyclable paper.

4. Badge Collection After the Event
When the conference concludes, kindly return your name badge to the collection boxes located at the registration desk.

5. Use Public Transportation
We encourage all participants to follow the public-transport directions listed on the website when traveling to and from the venue.

Thank you for helping us create a more sustainable conference experience.
